Stettler Board of Trade Implements Solutions Amid Canada Post Strike
Amid the ongoing Canada Post strike, the Stettler Regional Board of Trade remains committed to ensuring uninterrupted service for our vendors, partners, and community members. Recognizing the potential impact on timely communications and payments, we have implemented alternative measures to maintain business continuity.
Vendor Payments
- To avoid delays in vendor payments, We are reaching out to vendors via email to encourage sign-up for EFT, which provides secure and timely payments directly to your bank account. If you would like to enroll, please contact us to begin the process.
- If you are waiting for a payment from the Stettler Regional Board of Trade and have not received it, please contact us. We will work with you to ensure timely resolution.
Communication and Document Delivery
We have established alternate ways to ensure we remain accessible:
- Email: All correspondence, invoices, and inquiries can be sent to info@stettlerboardoftrade.com
- Phone: Our team is available during regular office hours at 403-742-3181
- In-Person Services: For urgent matters or document drop-offs, visit our office at 6606-50 Ave., Stettler. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30a.m. to 4:30p.m. though note that we are closed from 12:00p.m to 1:00p.m. for lunch.
We are closely monitoring the situation and will continue adapting to minimize disruptions. Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we work together through this period.
