The Town of Stettler's most recent census in 2011 shows that the Town's
population has grown to 5748, with the County of Stettler housing a population of 5089.
Stettler is a small community that has also been experiencing steady economic growth in the past several years. There have been several large businesses that have moved into the area, such as Wal-Mart, Tim Horton's, The Brick, and Canadian Tire. Stettler also has a vibrant community of small business that offer Stettler residents all sorts of services from automobile services to photography services.

several Chiropractic, Physiotherapy and Massage clinics. Stettler also
has a nursing home, as well as several senior’s retirement homes.
